Due to the many different requirements imposed by federal and state laws on consumer warranties, no express warranty, either "full" or "limited", is offered with this product. Implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one year from the date of purchase. We will not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Shipping and Handling Information
Due to the large volume of orders we process, all orders for in stock product will be shipped in the order received. We attempt to ship within five business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays).
All orders are shipped via ground UPS and will normally arrive between five and seven business days after shipment. Some items, because of weight and size, may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive. Our shipping rate chart is an average; we will notify you if there is a difference in your shipping charges prior to shipping.
NOTE: Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are slightly higher.
Overnight and Second Day Shipments
We will attempt to ship overnight or second day air orders if the order is received before 3pm central time. All requests for expedited orders must be made by telephone.

COD charges will apply according to current COD rates and policy. UPS is our primary shipper; we do, however, ship Fed Ex and USPS. We attempt to ship orders complete, however, partial shipments are necessary at times.
Any damaged shipments must be reported to Lewis Machine & Tool immediately for proper claim handling. Our contact page has our contact information.
Lewis Machine & Tool utilizes a return goods authorization program. Please contact LMT within 30 days of receiving product in order to get a return goods authorization. You must contact the company via email, fax or phone to get an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, along with return instructions, prior to returning the product. Product for which RGA numbers have been given should be returned within two weeks from the time the RGA is given. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
