LMT : We Can Manufacture for You We have the capabilities to Design, Develop and Produce small arms systems, subsystems and components. Our Engineers are proficient in the use of ProEngineer Solid Modeling and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM).
We manufacture precision ferrous and non-ferrous components, both commercial and government firearms components. Our current in-house processes include Milling, Drilling, Turning, Grinding, Shaping, Welding, Surface Preparation (sand blasting, degreasing), Assembly and Inspection. We utilize CNC lathes, mills and make and sharpen our own tools using a 5 axis grinder. We also utilize H-500 machining centers with PC based controllers.
